Alumil System
SMARTIA S67 — Aluminum Casement Window & Door System
67mm thermally broken aluminum for casement windows, tilt-and-turn, and architectural doors.
System Overview
Engineered Precision for Demanding Applications
The SMARTIA S67 is a high-performance thermally broken aluminum casement window and door system, featuring systems from Alumil. With a 67mm frame depth and a sash depth of 75mm, the S67 delivers structural rigidity and refined sightlines suited to both residential and commercial applications.
The system's polyamide thermal break inserts create a continuous thermal barrier within the aluminum profile, separating interior and exterior surfaces to reduce conductive heat transfer. Triple EPDM gasket sealing at three levels provides reliable weatherproofing across a broad range of environmental conditions.
The S67's versatility makes it a specification workhorse: it accommodates fixed glazing, single and double casements, tilt-and-turn inward openers, inward and outward-opening doors, concealed-sash profiles, pivot configurations, and low-threshold assemblies. Individual units can be combined into large multi-part window walls and façade assemblies.
Finish options include RAL powder coat in virtually any color, anodized aluminum for a refined metallic look, and wood-effect laminate foils for warmth without the maintenance of real timber.
