Our Services
From initial consultation to long-term after-sales support, we provide comprehensive window and door services across the full project lifecycle.
Complete Project Coverage
A window and door project involves more than simply purchasing products. Correct outcomes depend on accurate measurement, appropriate system selection, quality fabrication, professional installation, and ongoing maintenance — each step dependent on the last.
NU Architectural manages all phases of this lifecycle under a coordinated approach. Whether you are a homeowner planning a renovation, an architect specifying systems for a new build, or a developer coordinating across multiple units, we provide the depth of service your project requires.
Our seven core services span from initial consultation through long-term after-sales support. Each phase is documented, coordinated, and executed with care for the project outcome.
Seven Services. One Coordinated Process.
- Project Consultation
- Site Measurement & Evaluation
- System Selection & Technical Coordination
- Product Supply & Fabrication
- Professional Installation
- Testing, Commissioning & Handover
- Maintenance & After-Sales Support
What We Do at Every Stage
Project Consultation
Every project begins with a conversation. During our project consultation, we take the time to understand what you are trying to accomplish — reviewing drawings, discussing opening schedules, understanding performance requirements, exploring system options, clarifying scope, and establishing realistic project timelines.
We do not simply take an order and hand over a quote. We ask the right questions — about the building's exposure, the glazing area, the expected thermal performance, the hardware preferences, the finishes, and the installation timeline — to make sure the system we recommend is the right fit for your specific conditions.
The consultation is the foundation of the entire project. Getting this phase right saves time, money, and frustration throughout every subsequent stage.
- Drawing and opening schedule review
- Performance requirement assessment
- System option exploration
- Timeline and scope alignment
Site Measurement & Evaluation
Accurate measurement is one of the most critical steps in any window or door project. Manufacturing tolerances and frame clearance requirements mean that even small measurement errors can result in significant problems — delays, additional costs, or openings that do not fit correctly.
Our site measurement and evaluation service verifies rough opening dimensions, evaluates wall depth and construction conditions, assesses drainage requirements and head details, checks for installation constraints or structural obstructions, and confirms that every opening is ready for the specified system.
We do not rely on supplied drawings alone for final fabrication dimensions. Site verification protects everyone involved.
- Rough opening verification
- Wall depth and condition assessment
- Drainage and head detail review
- Installation constraint identification
System Selection & Technical Coordination
Not every system is right for every opening. Glazing area, span, installation method, thermal requirements, acoustic demands, hardware preferences, and project budget all influence which system makes sense. This service ensures the right product reaches each opening — not simply the most popular or the least expensive.
We support the preparation and review of opening schedules and shop drawings, coordinate with project architects and contractors on technical questions, and provide written technical documentation appropriate to the project scope. Where performance data sheets are required for specification or permitting purposes, we coordinate their provision from system manufacturers.
- System-to-opening matching
- Opening schedule support
- Shop drawing coordination
- Technical documentation provision
Product Supply & Fabrication
We source and supply high-quality aluminum and uPVC windows and doors fabricated from approved profiles by qualified fabricators. Every component — frames, sashes, hardware, gaskets, thermal break materials, and glazing — is verified before it leaves for delivery.
Our supply process includes quality checks at the fabrication stage, packaging review prior to delivery, and pre-installation inspection to confirm that products arrive in correct condition. We work with fabricators and suppliers who maintain consistent quality standards for the systems we specify.
- Approved aluminum and uPVC profiles
- Quality hardware and glazing
- Pre-delivery inspection
- Careful transport and packaging
Professional Installation
A correctly specified window or door installed incorrectly will still fail. Professional installation is not optional — it is the step that translates product quality into real-world performance. Our installation process follows system-specific guidelines and best practice for the structural anchorage, perimeter sealing, water management, thermal continuity, glass protection, hardware commissioning, and operational adjustment appropriate to each system and opening.
Trained installers with experience in aluminum and uPVC systems carry out every installation. We pay close attention to flashing, drainage, and sill detail — the areas most often responsible for long-term performance issues.
- Structural anchorage per system specification
- Perimeter sealing and flashing
- Water management and drainage detail
- Hardware commissioning and adjustment
Testing, Commissioning & Handover
Before we consider any installation complete, we conduct a full operational check of every sash, lock, handle, drainage point, and seal in the completed installation. Each unit must operate correctly, lock securely, drain appropriately, and seal as designed before the project is accepted as finished.
Upon completion, we provide handover documentation covering the installed units, system details, hardware specifications, maintenance guidance, and warranty information. We walk clients through the operation of the installed systems and answer questions before signing off.
- Full operational check of all units
- Hardware and lock commissioning
- Drainage and seal verification
- Client handover and documentation
Maintenance & After-Sales Support
Premium windows and doors require periodic maintenance to continue performing as designed. Gaskets compress over time, hardware requires occasional adjustment, and glass can be damaged or need replacement. Our after-sales support ensures that the windows and doors we supply continue to perform throughout their service life.
Services include hardware adjustment, gasket inspection and replacement, glass replacement, lock servicing, cleaning guidance appropriate to the frame material and finish, and warranty coordination when applicable. We remain available to our clients long after installation is complete — because a good supplier relationship does not end at handover.
- Hardware and lock servicing
- Gasket inspection and replacement
- Glass replacement coordination
- Warranty support and liaison
Your Project, Step by Step
Here is how a typical window and door project progresses from first contact to long-term support.
Initial Consultation
Contact us by email or through the quote request form. We discuss your project, review drawings or opening schedules if available, and identify the best path forward.
Site Visit & Measurement
Where applicable, we visit the site to verify openings, assess conditions, and confirm that the proposed systems are appropriate for the actual installation environment.
Specification & Quotation
We prepare a detailed specification and quotation covering systems, finishes, glazing, hardware, and installation scope. All items are clearly itemized.
Order Confirmation & Fabrication
Upon approval, the order is placed and fabrication begins. We track production status and confirm delivery timeline with you throughout.
Delivery & Pre-Installation Check
Products are delivered and inspected on site before installation begins. Any issues are identified and resolved before the installation team starts work.
Installation
Professional installation by trained installers following system-specific guidelines. Site is left clean and products are protected appropriately.
Commissioning, Handover & Ongoing Support
Full operational check, documentation, and client handover. We remain available for after-sales support, maintenance, and warranty coordination.
Service Scope & Availability
Services provided are subject to project scope, location, and agreement. Not all services are applicable to every project type. Contact us to discuss the specific services applicable to your project, and we will clearly define the scope, deliverables, and any applicable exclusions in our proposal.
